Fine Arts

The University’s Fine Arts Policy provides blanket coverage for owned items and items loaned to the University, including (but not limited to):

  • Paintings
  • Etchings
  • Drawings (including frames, glasses, and shadow boxes)
  • Rare books
  • Manuscripts
  • Rugs
  • Tapestries
  • Other bona-fide works of art which are on loan to the University (a loan agreement must be in place between the University and the other party)

The policy insures against all risks of physical loss or damage from any external cause, except as excluded within the policy.
